Once you subscribe to any of our plans, we will give you access to our joint Trello board including briefing templates and how-to's. Technically, you could start submitting requests right away, but if you're a first time client of Alrdy, we suggest to jump on a quick call to get to know each other and explain our basic workflows. Usually, you're ready to start within two business days after subscribing.
We will set up your personal Trello board where you can easily manage all your requests. When creating a request, you don't need to adhere to complex briefing structures. Simply explain your goal and what you need to get done in any format that you prefer. From our experience, receiving a screen recording via e.g. Loom works best for bigger topics.
Also, you can add as many of your colleagues to our Trello board as you like so that everyone can submit requests.
We aim to complete a request within 48 hours or less during business days and will make sure that you will get an outcome within this timeframe.
Naturally, bigger topics like creating a new brand identity may take longer in total. In such cases, we will maintain the same 48 hours or less timeframe to deliver parts or iterations, so that you'll always see progress.
If you ever change your mind and want to prioritize another task higher, you can always change the order. Even including tasks we are already working on.
Nope, our service is based on unlimited requests and revisions. That means you can create as many requests in our joint Trello board as you like to fill the backlog. We will work on each tasks one by one. Once we are done, you can give feedback for revisions as much as you like. Note that we will only move on to the next task when the currently active one is approved by you.
Our clients love the pause feature, as it allows you to simply pause the subscription and save up the remaining days for the future. Simply log into your subscription management account and hit pause. For example, when you pause 20 days after you have started a subscription, you will have 10 days left over that you can use anytime in the future.
